Terms of Use
Applies to turboscribeai.net from October 19, 2026
These terms are the rules for TurboScribe AI at turboscribeai.net. Opening the converter, or running a file through it, means you accept them. If you do not, leave the site. They do not govern any other website, even one with a similar name.
What you are using
The site is a free converter. It turns speech in audio and video into text on the device that opened the page, and it can save that text as TXT, SRT, or VTT. There is no membership and no charge.
We can add, remove, or pause features, including formats, languages, and download types. We can also take the site offline. None of that creates a duty to keep a particular feature available.
Your recordings
You own the media you open and the transcript you export. Before you convert a file, you need the rights required to process it. A file you are not allowed to copy or transform should not be opened here.
The work happens in your browser, so the result also depends on that browser, the memory on the device, and whether the speech model can download. We do not take custody of the file in order to finish the job for you.
How the converter may be used
Use turboscribeai.net in a lawful way. In particular, do not:
- Disrupt the website, the people using it, or the networks that deliver the page and the speech model.
- Probe or overload the service in order to take it down or to copy it into a competing product.
- Convert material when doing so would break copyright, privacy, or another person’s rights.
- Present an automatic transcript as a sworn, certified, or human-checked record.
The text is a draft
A speech model writes the transcript. Quiet, single-speaker audio usually comes out cleaner. Background noise, two people talking at once, strong accents, and low-quality captures often need correction. Read the text and edit it in the page before you publish it or act on it. TurboScribe AI is not a court reporter, a medical transcription service, or an official record keeper.
The site itself
The layout, wording, name, and logo of TurboScribe AI on this domain belong to us or to people who licensed them to us. Do not reuse them to brand another product. That limit does not cover your own media or the transcript files you download.
The speech model and the browser libraries that extract audio are other people’s software. We load them so the converter can run. Their licenses stay with them.
No promise of a perfect result
turboscribeai.net is offered as it stands, when it is up. We do not promise that every transcript will be correct, that a session will finish, or that a given browser or file type will work. You decide whether the output is good enough for your purpose.
Limits on our responsibility
Where the law allows it, TurboScribe AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, lost data, or lost goodwill, connected with use of the site. The converter is free and the files remain on your device, so the most we can be required to pay for a claim about the site is nothing.
New versions of these terms
We post updates on this page and change the date above. The version you see when you use the converter is the version that applies to that use.
